MRS takes over the activities and location of Morcon
After a six month period of working in close cooperation at the joint location at the Droogdokweg 92, it was only a logical step to join the activities of both companies. The actual users of the depot have agreed to merge all activities and location of Morcon into the MRS-organisation. Besides the standard empty depot facility, MRS is also able to offer temporary storage space for loaded containers. The successful service concept, carried out by MRS since it’s start in 2004, will serve as a guideline for the renewed Mainport Rotterdam Services company.

MRS can offer you the following services:
• Fenced area to adhere the future ISPS code,
• Depot facilities up to 90.000 m² for handling and storage,
• Large covered workshop (6.000 m²) for all kinds of equipment,
• >100 reefer connections,
• Vacuum and steam cleaning facilities,
• Quay wall and water connection for barge handling (for empty and full containers),
• 8 container handlers and terminal trucks,
• High-qualified repair mechanics for body & machinery
